💼 Experience

Significant experience at a top-tier trading firm with a focus on market making. Hard requirement
Experience in electronic trading, especially with HFT in FX/futures and/or digital asset markets. Hard requirement
Strong coding skills in at least one of the following languages: Rust, C++, Python, Elixir or similar languages; experience with large data sets and trading algorithms. Hard requirement
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
